Adventure in Nepal - October 1950 On the invitation of the Maharaja of Nepal, a small group of Swiss researchers sets off to distant climes - the largely unexplored country at the foot of the Himalayas. Amongst them is the young Geologist Toni Hagen, who is responsible for finding mineral and natural resources. The first expedition is equipped and fitted out with 200 bearers at the bidding of the sovereign and carry everything with them from portable showers to silver tableware and finest porcelain.
